[Throwback Tape] TRU – Tru 2 Da Game
Well I haven’t done one of these in a while. We all know No Limit was running shit during the late 90s and alot of these rappers from today got their sound from these guys. This double disc album ,released in 1997 was the second collab album from brothers Master P, Silkk The Shocker & C-Murder. No soft shit on this one, all hardcore lyrics and raw beats by Beats By the Pound. The eventually ended up going 2x platinum (really 1x since it was a double disc), too bad an album like this probably wouldnt even go gold these days. Hit the jump for tracklist & download.
