Gucci Mane Released From Jail
TMZ is reporting that Gucci is a free man after serving 3 weeks behind bars for probation violation. He’s due back in court later this month, hopefully he can stay out of jail until then.
Kanye West Reveals Album Release Date
Yeezy took to twitter this morning to simply tweet a date, which I’m assuming is the release date for his untitled 6th solo album. The date, June 18th, is on a Tuesday, a month before he’s expecting his first child. Don’t forget Kanye will be performing on the season finale of SNL on May 18th, where he will most likely debut a new single.

North Coast Music Festival 1st Wave Line-up Announced
“Summer’s Last Stand”. The North Coast Music Festival, held in Chicago’s Union Park, will take place August 31 to September 1. Among the first wave line-up are Wu-Tang Clan (scheduled to perform 36 Chambers in its entirety), Nas, Mac Miller, Flatbush Zombies, Just Blaze and a host of other non-hip hop artists. Lil Wayne Hospitalized & Released After Having Another Seizure
TMZ is reporting that Lil Wayne was rushed to the hospital late last night after having a seizure and was released earlier this morning. Let’s hope he stays healthy so he won’t have to cancel any dates for his upcoming tour.
