Per the NY Post, “Freeway” Ricky Ross will once again try to take on the rapper who took his name. The former cocaine kingpin is suing William Roberts (Rick Ross) for stealing his name to make his career. He tried to sue the rapper back in 2010, seeking $10 million, and the suit was thrown out of court later that year. The new trial will be held in LA this August. Keep it locked for the result.
