Lil Wayne`s September 28th EP is now an LP, altough it was obvious when the tracklist dropped yesterday. Most of the tracks from the EP were recorded before Weezy went to jail and they were going to be on Tha Carter 4. There`s also gonna be heavy auto tune and alotta features.
